Pricing: What are your rates for off-site candle pouring events? We charge $25 per person plus tax (unless you are a tax-exempt organization). In addition, we charge for mileage reimbursement from our shop at .67 per mile roundtrip. We do not charge an additional off-site fee. Note: A minimum of 25 people is required for an offsite event.
Availability: We are available on day/evening starting at 10:00am or after.
Customization: Are there any options for personalized labels or scents? We are happy to personalize a label. We currently have 12 fragrances we take off-site, and people have the option to blend up to 3 of those fragrances to create their own unique blended fragrance.
Logistics: What are the logistical requirements for hosting a candle pouring event off-site? We would require an indoor space for candle-making, and would need an electrical outlet, and 8 ft table for our supplies. We provide all necessary materials and equipment. All candles will be made in a 10 oz. jar with a wooden wick. You can pick the color of jar to use from the 4 colors we have available. It would be best to have the same color jar for all participants. We use a blend of soy and beeswax and high quality, phthalate-free and carcinogen-free fragrance oils resulting in a long-lasting, toxin-free candle. Candles will take one hour after poured to solidify for transport.
Capacity: What is the maximum number of participants you can accommodate for an off-site event? We have the capability to accommodate 50 people for an off-site event.
Booking Process: How far in advance do we need to book your services for our desired date? We would recommend booking as soon as possible, however, we would need at least 6 weeks in advance in order to customize a label and ensure we have an adequate supply of jars in the color you choose.
What is the process for securing our reservation? A $50 deposit will secure your reservation and will be applied to your total bill.
